What I Eat In A Day ✨

I’m not sure if you’ve realised yet but… sister I’m not here to “cut” I’m not here to “bulk” I’m really not here to deprive myself or push myself to give up what I love.

I’m here to move my body in a way that feels powerful, confident and strong for me and I’m here to nourish my body whilst doing so. I’m in this for the long run with no sprints.

Supplementing my lifestyle daily with @womensbest and have done for the past five years and today I found out I’ve been their longest athlete which blows my mind and so honoured. I believe in them and everything they want women to achieve!
