    I hope you can help me, my knee have water retention & my body is painful due to the water retention ( when I go to clinic, Doc extract the water & insert steroid, which I know it’s bad.
    Please help me if there is any other method not to have the water retention in the knee or what can I do to prevent it

  3. Hello Ma'am, i heard from a Doctor that "using turmeric as a supplement leads to anaemia as it creates a layer in your stomach that prevents absorption of Iron from food."
    Is it correct? Kindly confirm.

  4. Is it safe for a high BP patient to consume turmeric in combination of amla and fenugreek powder( one spoon in equal quantity empty stomach in the morning) ?

  5. Use curcumin juice. It is bio available. I have been taking it for the last 5 years. Just 20 ml in a glass of Luke warm water early in the morning empty stomach. Very powerful . 100% absorption
