So here’s my timer and i’m doing it for one minute: okay, so i’m gon na go ahead and come down ready one minute: okay, we’re halfway! There 30 seconds left all right! So let’s come up we’re doing a leg exercise now.

So we’re doing reverse lunges, make sure you’ve cut your breath before going on . Okay. So you want to place the tower the slider and the leg that you’re bringing back for the reverse: lunges: okay, ready we’re doing a minute each leg.
