I don't have a rope because I don't have enough space at home to do it. So i use 1,5 kilo arm bands per arm. I am sweating af. I just did a full body workout then few 5 and 10 minutes jumping workout videos including this. I did all this while not eating the entire day yet. I am going to eat now lol. Of course healthy food :). Thank you handsome guy.
call me ignorant, but why do the rests?
I dont have a heavy rope, is it fine if i do alll the exercises with a standard rope
I have a big round gut and its not soft. What should i do? Should i jump rope or do another exercise?

this stuff is awesome, before watching your videos I fell in love with skipping rope, is fun , it does not injure joints like running in daily basis, your videos inspire me to keep going! sometimes I use my fast rubber rope to jump for endurance or sometimes I use my weighted rope for short intense workout

Do it strengthen the heart as well as swimming?
Respect. Freestyle with a heavy rope…wow. I just recently got my own. It's needless to say but I was sweating like hell. However, I can't do freestyle yet. Is it ok though if my wrist spin a bit, more than usual? I have tried to keep them in one place, kind of like how you do, but the rope it's a bit heavy. I think I have to get used to it.
P.S.: I have a 700g rope. I don't know how much that is in lb
I can do 25 min skipping without any rest two time a day
So,in how much time I can loose my last stage belly fat
