Thank you All right good job And now we’re going to bring our feet Together into a butterfly position You’re going to try to bring your knees As close to the floor as possible And then Lean Forward Really feel the stretch right over here Holds for about 30 seconds All right good job guys And now we’re gonna stretch our quads a Little So get into almost like a lunging Position but this leg is Right resting You’re on top of it Your other leg is straight back and then You just lean forward.
