*Doing this exercise for 30 minutes continuously is equivalent to about 45 or 50 minutes of running.*

Here’s how to do this exercise:
This 4 minute exercise allows you to run in your living room. All you need is a jump rope.
1. Start with an easy, slow “jogging” pace for one minute.
2. Then, speed up for 2 minutes. Focus on keeping up the rhythm and keeping a good running form.
3. For 30 seconds, simulate the pounding of “normal” running on your quads with a single leg squat, with a small jump on each leg.
Try to repeat this workout as many times as possible.
