HUNG CURD VEG SALAD
Must give this yummy Hung Curd Veg Salad a try, which is filled with tons of health benefits and lots of flavor and it will definitely boost up your immunity also.
This simple and healthy Hung Curd Salad is super easy to make, full of nutrition and loaded with veggies.
RECIPE:
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 5mins
Total Time: 20 mins
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 Medium Red Bell Pepper
1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Medium Green Capsicum
1 Medium Apple
1 Medium Tomato
1 Cucumber
1 Cup or 100g Green Cabbage
1 Cup or 100g Red Cabbage
1 Cup or 100g Pomegranate seeds

Salad dressing:

Hung Curd prepared from 3 Table spoon of fresh curd
1 Table Spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Table Spoon Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon juice
¼ Tea Spoon Crushed Black Pepper
Rock salt or Sendha Namak as per taste

Method:
1. Prepare salad dressing by mixing hung curd, apple cider vinegar ,crushed black pepper and salt
2. Cut all the vegetables into an inch square/cubes pieces
3. Mix all the chopped ingredients with salad dressing gently
4. Hung Curd Veg Salad is ready to serve
