  1. This is totally wrong . The low fat diet causes the gallstones in the first place . The bile in the gallbladder is needed for fat digestion . If you eat low fat , the bile is not needed and just sits in the gallbladder and crystallizes . Your diet should contain plenty of good fats . It’s time to stop being afraid of fat . Fat doesn’t make us fat , it’s processed carbs .

  5. I'm led to believe the reason we get gallstones because we follow a low fat diet and the gallbladder doesn't contract, hence we need to eat more unrefined high fat foods like a 100% grass Fed ribeye steak or wild caught fish like salmon.

  6. ⛳️Horse Gram (ulavalu, gahat, muthira, kulath, or kulthi) and Black Chana (Kala Chana) are different.

The name comes from the fact that Horse Gram dal is mostly fed to horses. But, Black Chana is also given to Horse to enhance his/her power… so people think they are same.

  7. Ugh I'm so lost n confused. I was told I have gallstones and am trying to eat better but my question is how to eat properly n healthy while still getting enough calories per day and not lose weight! I naturally lose weight very quickly and struggle to maintain a healthy weight, I'm already skinny as is but I'm at a good weight. But this all jus seems like rabbit food or vegan diet…. I don't wanna be a skin n bone , each thing she showed here is like 80 calories…. How are u to maintain healthy weight n get enough calories????
