  1. If my calorie intake is 2200, my defecit is 18-2000 do i count the burned calories? i.e. if i eat 2000calories, but burn 1400, do i or should i be counting that 1400, thus eating 3200calories?

Face puffiness is not due to inflammation..it's due to water retention…eating simple carbs usually increases this water retention..same reason when people wake up in the morning their face looks puffy due to water retained overnight during sleeping..then as the day go on..the water reduces via different methods and puffiness goes down….

  3. Hey I would like to ask that is it okay for a skinny guy like me to jump rope?
    If it okay then how many minutes a day would be good? I don't want to bulk up I only want to stay active and fit.

  4. I've been slim for decades, but when I started regularly jumping rope, I slimmed down even more. I developed a squared-up face/jaw and figured out why they call the Marines "square jaws". It seems to me that the best jumprope practice is run-in-place with crossover and sideswing variations thrown in. Here's my progress thus far…
