Ive noticed the best way to get rid of fat face is to get rid of fat ass.
Just get lean.
If my calorie intake is 2200, my defecit is 18-2000 do i count the burned calories? i.e. if i eat 2000calories, but burn 1400, do i or should i be counting that 1400, thus eating 3200calories?
Conclusion: There is not magic tricks or shortcut, only hard work and good habits. Thanks for this honest video.

Face puffiness is not due to inflammation..it's due to water retention…eating simple carbs usually increases this water retention..same reason when people wake up in the morning their face looks puffy due to water retained overnight during sleeping..then as the day go on..the water reduces via different methods and puffiness goes down….
