How to burn 500 calories in 15 mins | Fat burn workout at home | Hindi

In this 15 minutes workout we are burning about 500 calories.
In this workout we are doing 5 Rounds each of 3 Sets. Each set consist of 45 seconds of Skipping , 45 Seconds of JumpingJack and 45 Seconds of Squats. After each set we are taking 15 Seconds of break to increase oxygen levels in body.
