  2. Thank you for this video it’s very useful. I have a jump rope only used once or twice and I never knew where to start or how long to jump since I’m in the beginning stages so thank you for clarifying the 3 to 5 minutes. Makes so much sense and it does seem manageable every other day. Thank you!!!

  3. Whats the proper length for a rope to height ratio. I feel all the ropes are way too long. Even the adjustable ones have the rope at the end still there bothering me. The rope i use now i jave like three onots in them to get it to a better lenght for me. I havent measured it but it feels the priper length for me now because i can handle it properly and when i speed up, it keeps up

  4. i barely jump both my feet were stuck and slipped sometimes so I force myself 30 minutes a day for a week and my calves were hurt, I suppose to watch this video first lol but now I barely hurt and no exhausted and my calves are better

  5. I personally do 5 to 10 minutes every other day, and i do NOT eat processed foods nor sugar food that doesn't have fiber in it.
    I lose a lot of fat over the year and feel much better

    Fun part i travel around SE Asia, i don't even use a jump rope, i just simulate the actions with my arms/wrist and jump

    What do i lose in this past the eye, hand, and leg working together, not sure But i staying crazy fit with no jump rope while i jump rope 🤣

    In short you an jump rope 5 minutes a week or 5 hours a day, if we are eating poorly the time we jump rope really doesn't have the same result for us all and really who is trying to out workout a bad diet…

    Your better off watching NASCAR and dropping bets on when the next Right turn is….

  6. Love the cross rope setup, I'm walking 15 miles a day and am currently doing at least 1k skips per day. Challenging but absolutely awesome. Finally finding my rhythm with it and it's super rewarding! Thanks for all of the videos!

  7. I’ve been jump roping for about 2 weeks. I’ve incorporated a 10 lb weighted vest into workouts to make it challenging, but what does adding a weighted vest to my workout do?

  8. I started doing jump rope by set. 5 sets 100 per set. Getting used to it. Once I can do 100 jump rope without stopping for a quick breather, then maybe I will increase to set number 6 and so on.

  9. I have been jump roping for the last 6days 17-23min perday +push ups 10push ups per momment rest repeat

    And let me tell you iam really feeling better my belly is going back
