  1. Just found you…I love you already because I am struggling so much in my life and I know everything you just said was so true and I'm going to listen to all your videos and try to get out of this RUT. Lol

  2. Dr thanks for all your recommendations. My question is this ..in May 2021 my A1c was 8.4 meaning I was Type 2 diabetic. Immediately I started intermittent fasting and eating a low carb diet. I had no idea that many of my foods were high carb. 12 months later I had lost 50lbs and my A1c was 6.2 and its still falling. Now I'm trying to bring my blood pressure down, which is normally around 140/85 with meds. I saw your videos today about foods to avoid if you have high blood pressure. But in today's video where you listed good foods to eat with high bloodpressure you mentioned many I thought were bad, because of carb content like oranges, grains, oatmeal etc. So what's your advice?

  3. I am allergic to Citric Acid so Oranges and Broccoli is out. I hate fish and beans. Nothing left. I won't eat anything that will make me "high" like hemp seeds. I don't drink nor do any type of drugs. I was really hoping to get something out of this video other than Pistachios.

  4. Everyone talks about what to eat but nobody puts together meal plans. My mind is instantly bored by the eat this list. Eat this with what? I’m not eating blueberries with nothing else. It’s just not going to happen. You put together an entire meal for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and I’ll stick to it because I don’t have to think about it. I just buy, prepare and eat. Choice is for people that don’t have strokes and heart attacks. Food is such a frustrating topic. Everything seems to be bad for you and good for you.

  5. I lost 100 lbs in under a year. All I did differently was stop drinking sugar, only sweets I had were fruits and everyday when I came home from work I would eat a mammoth salad with light Olive Garden dressing, a little cheese and a bunch of turkey. After I ate it, sometimes I’d be hungry a few hours later for what everyone else was eating. I could have some, but since I had already eaten it wasn’t much.

  6. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and I find when exceed just one cup of coffee ☕ my blood pressure goes thru the roof and I get short of breath and dizzy 😵. I would suggest people with high blood pressure to eliminate caffeine from their diet!!

  7. Thank you just got diagnosed and released from hospital! I have a fib and pneumonia, and they gave me some paperwork, but your wonderful explanation of things more comfortable, and this frightning time for me!
