1-2 cups frozen veggies
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp each dried sage & thyme
salt & pepper

  2. I was having a bad day, I felt self conscious and wanted to cook something healthy but had no groceries! Then, I remembered this video today! You came in clutch and the fried rice was delicious! I added chili sauce and fried tofu cubes.

  3. I like both of these recipes but they seem redundant, things that lots of people know how to make at this point. Can you do some more unique things? A lot of us have the time to make more interesting meals.

  4. Oh, I just bought a bunch of veggies on my bi weekly shopping trip, and that soup looks great! its going to be raining and snowing here in Maine tomorrow. Not sure if I have diced tomatoes but I have crushed tomatoes in the freezer, from last summers garden; good use for those… Stay well!

  6. You can buy canned mushrooms (although idk about the texture), or if you have access to an Asian market, then you can probably buy dehydrated mushrooms. They last a long time in the pantry, & you just rehydrate them with water when you want to cook them!

  7. Just made the soup today. It was absolutely delish! I added zucchini to mine and extra coconut milk bc I really enjoy creamy soups as well 😊 Putin the rest in the freezer to save for days I don’t feel like cooking ❤️❤️

  8. I've been meaning to comment that the soup is amazing! I adjusted it to what I had at home and my roommate immediately wanted to try it when she came home because of the amaaazing smell 🙂 Will make it again today!
