  1. For the first 2 weeks i was doing 3/5 rounds before i felt extremely exhausted. Today I done 4/5 rounds. I hope to move to 5/5 in the coming weeks. I wish there was a place to upload before/after results because this combined with my usual routine has given me insane results.

    I recommend this to anyone able to do it, Even doing just 1 or 2 rounds to begin with is something, At least you're moving about and getting into the mindset that's needed. In time you'll have way more energy and will surprise yourself with what you're able to do.

  3. I started body weight training back in 2016 and this is one of the first video I followed along. I kind of stopped my training after 2020, all the skills I used to have (muscle ups, one arm pull ups, front and back lever, straddle plache) are long gone. I never thought there would be one day I cant even follow the first round of this video. Now Ive finished five round like Chris said in the video, very tired but feels good. For those who just start training, thenx has some of the best tutorials to follow and hope you guys all have a great journy, Im back on my own now.

  4. I have done several workouts from thnx but this workout routine kicked my ass!
    I am able to do 4 rounds and I went from 247 to 209.
    Gotta do the things others arent willing to do to succeed.
