    I'm doing my rehab at the moment from a sport injury. So doing my rehab while wearing sauna suit, will it help me with better recovery with my sport injury?? Because if it is, i'm planning to purchase it 😊

  2. So I get it that you were losing water and then replenish with water as have low sodium foods people who overweight have salty bodies.. however I'm looking to lose fat on my abs not water….. It's hard for me to sweat even what I have a good it's hard for me to perspire anymore I looked it up on Google it says you're dehydrated if you don't sweat. I'm trying to drink more water

  3. Here's a tip for you I've been doing it for years. Buy 2 pairs of inexpensive wrist sweatbands and wear them on the cuffs and ankles to seal the half cuff and half skin or wear them under the garments wristband and ankles cuffs, to absorb any sweat, plus there are machine washable too, just safety-pin them together…

  4. You do realize sodium is an essential mineral that we need daily right?! The human body needs 3-5grs of sodium daily to maintain our electrolytes, along with magnesium and potassium, especially if you're sweating a lot. You do NOT want to sweat out all of your sodium without replacing it. Please do more research before handing out false information that can actually do major harm to people. Sodium is an essential mineral we need daily!

  5. I dont got one of these but when i wear my normal sleeveless shirt its loose i hardly sweat,but if i wear my tight one i sweat more i feel like im tired more i never understood why

    I know now its cause its compressing i might get a swest vest now

    Boxers been doing it for years even in movies they used to use full body look like trash bags

  6. Last week i dropped another pound that was from cutting back on food and walking

    I started mini fasting didnt eat much and can drop a pound by walking

    I noticed that before when i wanted my weight dropped to set aka stick i have to not eat much in a day

    So yea people do drop water weight when wearing these and doing cardio

    But to set that drop in as i said make sure you don't eat to much for a couple days it will turn that water into real fat dropped
