  1. An alternative exercise to the body rows would be very much appreciated. I’m currently in school and I don’t have chairs like the one in the video around.

  2. If you don't have chairs around, you can replace it with jumping lunges, side lunges, , mountain climbers, or air jump ropes. That's what I do on alternative days.

  3. I’ve been trying this workout, but unfortunately I’ve butchered my poor wrists since starting calisthenics. I got strong muscles before, but my wrists are untrained. Just gotta keep up the hard work!

  4. Problem with exercising is that I sweat. So I'd have to shower to not stink. But exercise is a daily thing so I'd have to shower daily. Which is not just a waste of my time, but waste of water. Not to mention I'd have to do laundry more often for towels, underwear and clothes. Again a waste of time, electricity and plastic because I have to buy tide pods more often that come in a plastic container. I'm not lazy, I'm just trying to save the planet.

  5. Did this for the first time and im DEAD!
    It was fun pushing myself to the limit for the first time, since i had only done abs work out for approximately 2 months. Ill take one rest day and then try it again the next day
    Thank you Chris for inspiring a 14 yrs old to start calisthenics! ❤
