  1. So much click bait out there. 10 minutes gets you warmed up. That's it folks . I watch his Chanel but would nevr pay for one thing. To fair he has some good advise. But a lot of fluff bs to.

  2. I used to watch Alpha M a lot, although mostly for his fashion advice, but then I got tired of his videos being more advertisement than actual advice. A 10 min morning workout can be a great way to just start out doing cardio, for someone who's not used to it, or heck even just to feel more alert in the morning if you have trouble feeling sluggish until noon otherwise. A 10 min workout can be increased to a 15 min workout, 20 min, and so on, when you can handle more. 10 min is better than not exercising at all. So I think it can be a great start, but of course you're right that it'd be pretty useless for the purpose of fat burning. That's false advertisement.

  3. All I get from this video is he used to do cardio Ron, etc. etc. he got older and can’t be asked a countdown for the time off and so I decided to do a quick 10 minutes in the morning to make it feel like you’re doing

  4. I mean, it's a skipping rope. Sure, it's some good HIIT cardio. But you can get the exact same workout using a $10 skipping rope as a $200 skipping rope. Technically you don't even need the rope, since it's the jumping that matters, and not the rope, but sure.
