I came to your channel after listening to your podcast interview with Dr Bri. Since then I've been enjoying trying your different workouts. It's been fun! It's nice to throw something different into the routine. I had always counted jumping rope out, but after hearing all you had to say on the subject, I decided to give it a go. Glad I did!
