  1. There's only a very small number of youtube fitness channels that do follow alongs. Practicing what they preach.
    I've watched buff and ripped guys puff out while doing demonstrations, a testament to their fitness level.
    These follow alongs are a good motivation because I know someone has honestly done it. Thank you sir.
