Wassup guys ! I appreciate you guys for exercising patience with me but without further-ado here’s the at home leg workout I put together for you guys.
This will help you guys with muscle endurance and depending on how intense you are performing the exercises this could be a nice fat burner circuit.

It’s start off with explosion work then flows into detail work. Targeting everything from glutes, calves, hamstrings, and quads. Feel Free to pause and resume if its too difficult. I encourage everyone to do multiple rounds of this. But here’s the workout.

EXPLOSIVE EXERCISES
1. JUMPING SQUATS 10 reps
Rest 30 Seconds
2. JUMPING LUNGES 10 reps
Rest 30 seconds
REGULAR WORKOUT
3. CALF RAISES 20 reps
4. JUMP ROPE 30 seconds
Rest 30 Seconds
5. SQUAT HOLD 30 seconds
6. DEEP SQUATS 10 reps
Rest 30 seconds
7. SIDE LUNGES 30 seconds
8. DROP STEP LUNGE 30 seconds
Rest 30 Second
9. Hamstring Heel Curls 10 Reps
10. Standing Tension Leg Curls 10 reps each Leg.
11. Butt Bridges 30 seconds
12. Jump Rope 30 Seconds
13. Leaning RDLs 30 Seconds
14. Jumping Squats 10 Reps
