ABT- Athletic Based Training: 5 Minute Jump Rope Routine

Being stuck at home is a great time to go back to the basics!
When I was in 8th grade one of my coaches told me that jumping rope was one of the best ways to get fast feet, speed and balance. So that day I went to K Mart and got me a jump rope! I won’t say how I got the jump rope, but let’s just say that I go it.
From that day onI spent 20-30 minutes a day jump roping and anyone that saw me play in HS will tell you that I had some of the best footwork out there. Even today at 41 years old, I can keep up with most elite level athletes.
so to all my athletes out there, somethings don’t change. Jumping rope is still one of the most effective and easiest ways to get better!
It’s simple as that!
