Superman Reps
Freestyle Skipping
V-Ups

Jump Rope

V-Ups
Skater Bound Finisher

*All exercises for 30 seconds.
**If you don’t have a jump rope you can make the same motion without the jump rope (it might look funny, but has close to the same effect)

  1. Can you share the intervals through the app that you have set up? For this and for all of the workouts to subscribed users? I was meaning to ask if you had something like this already. It would make our adoption of the program so much easier. Would LOVE it!!!!!

  2. This is a good workout! I am going to try this for sure! But I’m going to suggest that 30 sec reps and 5 second breaks in between so you have time to adjust the next workout. That’s what’s I’m gonna do 💪🏾💪🏾 thanks for this!!
