*All exercises for 30 seconds.
**If you don’t have a jump rope you can make the same motion without the jump rope (it might look funny, but has close to the same effect)

This is a good workout! I am going to try this for sure! But I’m going to suggest that 30 sec reps and 5 second breaks in between so you have time to adjust the next workout. That’s what’s I’m gonna do 💪🏾💪🏾 thanks for this!!
