Today’s workout is an 8-Minute Fat-Burning Full Body | Tabata for Beginners. If you’re a beginner, don’t worry, because this workout is perfect for anyone looking to burn fat and get in shape.
As James Clear explains in his book Atomic Habits, it’s the small, consistent changes that we make to our habits that lead to long-term success. And that’s exactly what we’re doing with this workout.
By committing just 8 minutes to this workout, you’re setting yourself up for success. Tabata workouts have been shown to be incredibly effective at burning fat and building lean muscle. And because they’re only 8 minutes long, they’re a great way to get a full-body workout in without spending hours at the gym. And because we’re doing each exercise for such a short period of time, you’ll be able to give it your all and really push yourself.
Remember, the key to building a sustainable fitness routine is to make it a habit. And by starting with short, manageable workouts like this one, you’re laying the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle.
So let’s crush this workout together and get one step closer to our fitness goals! Don’t forget to subscribe to my channel for more great workouts and fitness tips.

Did some of your videos got deleted? Yesterday I did a 5 minutes calisthenics routine for beginners and now I can't find it anywhere on your channel
Loved the intro dance, Winter ❤
Wait ? Is YT censoring some of your videos? I had a reply on one but when i clicked on it is said content unavailable. The thumbnail also looked deleted with the white screen and three dots like they do when they remove content.
The mini dance at the beginning made me click the like button 😀
Your legs look so strong!! Awesome! Also, awesome music selection this time!

Best routine I have ever tried, will keep trying for a few months, thank you Winter, just found your channel a few days ago.
Yes!!! Thank you!!! 1Nation 4Life <3
Started doing this again…..had forgotten the entry dance!!! Looking great Winter!
❤💛 loved this work out. Thank you! Also love how subtly toned you look. Just right not too much.
Love it!
Do you take time off from routines throughout the year to ensure you do not over train? When I was younger I worked out 5 days a week for six weeks. Take a week off and do it again. Seemed to work well in my 20s and 30s. I am very active but my resistance training at 54 requires one/two days off for recovery. I do higher reps one day, heavier reps a second day and do hitt or similar on another day. My days off are hiking, core and rehab, prehab, yoga, stretching, using bands and medicine ball. Or I just relax if my body needs a break. Would love to see a vlog from you on this and anything fitness/nutrition related. Winter thanks for being a role model and inspiration!
What was that 5-second "thing" at the start of the video ??, … were you thinkin' of putting together a "music video" ?!? 🙂
😎👍🏽
