  1. Wait ? Is YT censoring some of your videos? I had a reply on one but when i clicked on it is said content unavailable. The thumbnail also looked deleted with the white screen and three dots like they do when they remove content.

  2. Do you take time off from routines throughout the year to ensure you do not over train? When I was younger I worked out 5 days a week for six weeks. Take a week off and do it again. Seemed to work well in my 20s and 30s. I am very active but my resistance training at 54 requires one/two days off for recovery. I do higher reps one day, heavier reps a second day and do hitt or similar on another day. My days off are hiking, core and rehab,prehab, yoga, stretching, using bands and medicine ball. Or I just relax if my body needs a break. Would love to see a vlog from you on this and anything fitness/nutrition related. Winter thanks for being a role model and inspiration!
