When we asked our Tabata Songs listeners what other workouts they do that could use some programed music and instruction (a la Tabata Songs), the overwhelming response was… The 7 Minute Workout! Well, you asked for it and we listened! The 7 Minute Workout, a scientifically driven sequence of movements famous by this New York Times article, has gone viral among young professionals with heavy work schedules.

Our listeners’ feedback stated that The 7 Minute Workout, just like Tabata, can be difficult without help of a timer and/or instruction. So we made our first 7 Minute Workout Song based off of our most popular Tabata Song (“Deep Orchestra Tabata”).

The 7 Minute Workout consists of:

  1. I would just say that today is 6th month as i first time have seen this movie. This tabata workout was a beggining of my body and life style change. From 25% of body fat and lots of difficulties to finish this training once now im below 10% body fat and still doing it (with proper diet). I was doing it EVERY day during 2-3 months because i knew i was too slow , too weak. Of course with the time I added another sets of excercise but this one is still my favourite. By the way – TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY AT THE GYM and everything has started with that 9 min movie. Thank you for lots of motivation.

  3. For me it would be the best routine as it is a very little time consuming and I am super busy, super inpatient and not very motivated. 🤓 at least I was honest. Will definitely try this one 👌🏻😊

  4. 3 months ago I started my workout journey. It was this video got me motivated. Did this routine long enough to have sign up to a local gym and started a new 4am gym routine. At the beginning I could not even finish 10 push up in 30 seconds. Now I am able to do 20 push up in one go.
