I recommend alternating different quick workouts every day: to have fun while doing them and have a new impact every time, I always try to do different workouts to not get used to it and get the best results in terms of losing weight.

2- ARMCROSS SIDE LUNGE
3- MOUNTAIN CLIMBER
4- SQUAT TWIST
5- PLANK HOP JACKS
6- TUCK ABS
7- KNEE PUSH-UP S.TAP
8- BURPEES HIGH KNEES
9- ONE LEG DEADLIFT(L)
10- ONE LEG DEAD LIFT(R)

30sec. WORK / 10sec. REST

Great video, Im sure it would be very helpful for women who can’t do all the men workouts on YouTube, but just some tips, try to improve the form on some of the workouts, and if maybe increase the rest to 15 secs. Also this is for everyone, if u are struggling with a workout, do not rush through it, take it slow but try to have the best possible form. Its not about quantity, its about quality. Thanks and keep up the good work
