I can do freestyle skipping for 3-4 minutes, now I want to increase my stamina and add more variations. How do I do that?
So, I'm following your vids currently but I am a beginner and I wanted to finaly do an actual workout with you guys and this was the one I found that would help me accomolish my goal… the 7th day on the 7day beginner challange scared me because of the time (silly, I know). I did this one 2x last night and did the thing!! I wanna cry just thinking about how I thought it was gonna be impossible for me to do this at all, yet I did it. I'm super proud of myself and am soo happy that you guys put your content out there for ppl like me! THANKS!

Hey guys you do great job… thanks for sharing this with us… so interesting… it really motivated me to workout this way at home… I have a question… I’m not able to do the jump rope as fast as you can… I jump two times until the rope comes again under my feet… is that a problem? How to fix it?

So, a couple things:
1) I feel like I'm so late to the Jump Rope Dudes party. I'm bummed I didn't learn about this channel sooner but so happy I finally did. I've always loved jumping rope but for some reason, I never saw it as a form of fitness. (I know! What's up with that?)
2) I did this workout twice and I'm sweating a lot more than I thought I would. I plan on doing this until I can confidently move up to your other burn/torch workouts. Can't wait to get lean, wish me luck!!
Started at 226lb now I'm at 172lb total of 54lb in 6 months starting to see Those abs! Thanks for the videos definitely made a huge difference for me!

i just found this video to add in some extra cardio into my workouts. I love jump roping, but I always just do basic bounces and with a regular rope. I wear a fitbit and it says I burned nearly 80 calories in those few short minutes! can't even imagine how much one would burn with a weighted rope. Probably getting one asap 😅😅

This is really doable, and I love how it’s beginner-friendly, but can easily be intensified with more rounds, using weighted ropes. Thank u!
