30 seconds – jump rope sprint in place
30 seconds – hip side plank touches
30 seconds – spiderman pushups
30 seconds – jump rope regular bounce fast
30 seconds – jump rope sprint in place
30 seconds – star jumps
30 seconds – walking pushups

**rest 10 seconds between exercises
**complete circuit 5x!

  1. Hey I am about 190cm tall (between 190-191cm) which is right between 6'2 and 6'25 , should I better get the "L" Jumprope or the "XL" one? Hope I get an answer because I want to buy the rope you guys use
