    AND TRUST ME GUYS I'VE NEVER EVER COMMENTED ON ANYONE'S WORKOUT VIDEO'S CAUSE I RARELY DO THEM FOR 2-3 DAYS AND THEN I JUST QUIT IT. BUT THIS IS THE BEST. I HAVE PCOD AND I'M SICK AND TAKING MEDS. CAUSING IT TO GAIN WEIGHT. I TRIED THIS WORKOUT ON 26/01/23 AND MY WEIGHT WAS 64 KGS.
    ON 28/01/23 I JUST CHECKED ON MY WEIGHT AGAIN AND IT WAS 62 KGS….
    AND NOW ON 02/02/23 I GOT MY PERIODS. AND MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS 61 KGS. CAN'T TELL HOW HAPPY I AM. REALLY THANKFUL TO DO THIS WORKOUT. AND FOR ANYONE WHO'S WONDERING AND DID IT WORK OR NOT. I'LL SAY JUST GO FOR IT. YOU CAN DO IT❤️ ALL THE BEST AND I HOPE YOU'LL GET YOUR DESIRED BODY🌼
