i started jumping rope a week ago and I thought it was going to be easy, but it took me 6 days to be able to do a regular bounce just for 30 seconds. i learned in that moment that it was going to be difficult, but I love it and it's giving me confidence because I'm still learning.
Why do you need a rope to jump, can't you just jump on the spot? Isn't it the same amount of exercise achieved?
I just started jumping rope like a week ago and like to do it for around like half an hour every day I've been working out for around half a year ish and my body is decently conditioned is it fine for me to be doing it like i am.
Jump rope is a skill?? I been jumping rope since I was 8 years old
Where is the link to that jump rope? You have a link to your site, electrolytes, a challenge, and your mat, but not the one thing you said you would link to.
Is it normal to get headaches the day after, ive been jumping with no shoes one on a hard surface
is it safe to skipping every day?
Dude You are so awesome jumping rope at 58 Rocks now stop reading and get back to jumping rope people
Great video, awesome tips. Thank you.
Just bought my first jumprope.. Im excited to start 🙂 Thanks for the great tips 🙂
I can't have rest days, I want to jump every day. I've been jumping for more than 40 minutes for 3 months, it's literally a vice
I've had a headache for the last three days from jumping rope, is this common?
That start slowly thing is very true. I just gave myself insertional Achilles tendonitis because I thought it would be a good idea to switch from doing 5 minutes to 15 minutes jumping rope overnight. Lesson learned.
I only do 10 minutes of jumping but recently started doing 15 minutes and those recovery exercises are valid I’m definitely going to start doing them.
How long shall be the rope? How doni measure? I am very new. Do send rope to the UK?
Sorry bro you need an advanced course….too slow for me
I mix pushups and jump rope, I find doing my last 20 pushups, and right away (no waiting), 100 jump rope a magic boost for the body and the mind
crazy how intense jumpingg rope is. my calfs are killing rn now lol
I use songs on my playlist to make my jumping fun and less focused on counting time or/and jumps, e.g I jump on a verse and rest on a chorus and vice-versa this way has made my workout super fun plus it allows my heart rate to come to a complete rest before i can got at it again at each interval and with this way I'm almost never sore so I can jump almost everyday, but I do rest my body on weekend.
What kind of rope du use ?
Everyone hearing tips from the video
Me: admiring his chest jiggling 😍❤️🥵
I love jumping rope so much I would die if I only did it five minutes and then skipped a day. Yikes
I just wanna ask i skip rope 3 days now everyday is 5 mins and at night i don’t feel the sore any more is it okaaay i continue it just 5 mins everyday
Ur so cute omg 😪
I’m new to skipping but though I’d get on it right? I have not skipped since 4 decades ago. So I started 2 weeks and did 15*30 minutes for about 4 days, let’s just say I couldn’t walk for almost a week after that ‼️‼️
Found your channel whilst searching for how to skip properly. That’s now the goal! I intend to start right at the beginning as a new sub
Thankyou for this. It’s not too late 😂
I am having difficulties with my wire….is a wire….so I learned should be a heavier rope
good tips but eh 2:10 don't take up acting as a career
omg this guy is sro cricked it hurts my back to see how uneven his shoulders are
1:36 interesting how much bigger your right pec is than your left. Wait, no, I get it. Giggle, blush.
OMG, just looked at crossropes – holy over priced. you know these are pennies to make.
Im 5,5 what jump rope do i need and where can i buy it
I have just started but I'm also old and while I have done it before I am very unknowledgeable. I keep pulling calf muscles and it's very frustrating, not to mention painful. I wish someone had told me how to swing the rope properly when I started. All your tips are great and appreciated however beginners jumpers aren't going to spend over $100 on a rope. You need and intro product or most starters will go to ebay or Amazon.
Jump robe will distroy your kee when u be older
Is it better to count each rep or just time your workout? Like for example 100 jump and rest or 1 minute of just continuous jumping
I stopped jumping rope as a teenager. I used to jump daily but then one day my ankles hurt soooo bad and everytime after that at the 10 minute mark. I'm 32 and haven't jumped since then.
I be half dead after 1 min .. 5!? I’ll be On my way! To my next life 😂 .. I’ll work up to it lol
