  1. I want to know how many hours after making this can we consume it? Working professionals usually make lunch by 7.30am and consume around 1pm- 1.30pm. So does this time of making and consuming suit us?

  2. I follow all of your recipes, they all are awsome, but i have one suggestion if it is right, please dont add fruits with grains as fruits are easy to digest their digestion with grains may be a cause of digestion, gas acidity, so you may consider this and let us know what is right, thanks 🙏

  3. Tried moong Bowl today…….it turned out so well…..i m just going mad after trying all the recipes…i never thought a person like me who had been a non vegetarian throughout the life n had nonveg almost every day, can ever love a salad. Thanks team Satvik
