In this video, you will learn 3 delicious and easy Indian recipes, which you can make for lunch or dinner. We’ll start with our beautiful, made-in-10-minutes spinach cheelas. Then we will proceed onto our vegetable tikkis, served with tangy date chutney and green chutney. And lastly, you will learn a delicious and healthy south Indian dish – millet upma!

    सात्विक भोजन वालो और मछली मुर्गा और अंडा भी प्रकृति का देन है , कोई वैज्ञानिक नही बनाता , सही तरीके से खाएं तो उसका भी फायदा है , हमारे दिनचर्या का बहुत सारा चीज एनिमल से ही बनता है , दवाई , सिरम और बहुत कुछ ।

  3. We tried the satvik recipe for the first time it is tikki Me and my wife were amazed how tasty its without oil and it has lauki too. We didn't had peas coriander and podhina but still it was good. We were happy we are eating a healthy food
