-30 seconds – sumo squats
-30 seconds – jump rope – mummy kicks
-30 seconds – squat hold
-30 seconds – jump rope – feet front to back
-30 seconds – jump squats
-30 seconds – jump rope – fast / slow
-30 seconds – front lunges
