18 MIN Jump Rope and Leg burn Workout [EASY]



This is a Jump Rope workout for beginners that strives to go up a level. Remember to always warm up a couple of minutes before every workout and stretch afterwards. While jumping rope, you can always do the regular jump every time (bounce with both feet) if you are not familiar with the different styles.

THE WORKOUT
30 sec— Regular Jump
30 sec— Squats
30 sec— Rest
30 sec— Jump Front Straddle
30 sec— Single Leg Lounges
30 sec— Rest
30 sec— Boxer Skip
30 sec— Single Leg Lounges
30 sec— Rest
30 sec— Jump on one Leg
30 sec— Jump Squats
30 sec— Rest
30 sec— Jump on one Leg
30 sec— Crab Walk
30 sec— Rest
30 sec— Jump Side Straddle
30 sec— Jump Lounges
1 min REST
Repeat x 1 more time.
