This intense 15 minute HIIT workout contains 5 exercises. Each exercise is performed for 30sec and followed by 30sec rest. It’s a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 3 times. Let’s go! 💪
1. Sitbacks with tap
2. Side to Side Jump Squats
3. Long Lever Plank (slow! Strive for the full range of motion)
4. Squat to opposite toe taps
5. No Push-Up Burpees
To burn body fat you need of course a caloric deficit by training and nutrition.
