Wowzers!!! That was an intense 15 minutes!! I added this after a leg/abs strength workout….now I'm dead 😂 also slamming music in this one!
I definitely took a few breaks here and there. But completed it in under 20 minutes. With not very much prior experience working out. Except to trips to the gym. And I’m 14. P. I’m pretty damn proud of myself.I’ve been trying to work out more. It boosts my confidence and helps with my struggling mental health. Thanks!!!!

Tried this, and got maybe 2 ish minutes in before I felt like I was going to vomit and die. Baby steps but I'm determined to lose some weigh and create a healthier me.

First day doing this HIIT on my journey to become fit and healthy: I took so many breaks and had to simplify a lot of these exercises, and I could taste blood well before the burpees 🫠
