This one is perfect before getting ready to go to work. I just loved it! (Pd: I was all sweat and shortness of breath).
so short, and I wont guilt myself today that I dont want to do a longer workout!!!!!! i struggle with that.

It was intense! 🔥💦Thought I could go easy today and chose this 15 min workout! I was wrong! It’s a very sweaty workout, at some point my muscles started to scream😂

didn't really enjoy it. I just felt like all it was was jumping and then doing some sort of plank move over and over again. i like a bit more variety in my workouts

Didn't appreciate the low vibration music with vulgarity. I want my workout to inspire, uplift and bring me closer to my God. I can't do that with such awful music. Love your workouts, but maybe you can be more intentional for good in your choice of music. I want every video of yours to be safe to do without worrying if it will be appropriate to keep my thoughts in a place to keep me worthy of God's spirit always with me.
