12 Minute Jump Rope and Burpee EMOM Workout

This HI-JRT workout is a 12 minute EMOM workout.
THE WORKOUT
MINUTE 1: 40 Jump Rope Double Unders
MINUTE 2: 10 Burpees
Repeat for 6 Rounds
DESCRIPTION
EMOM is Every Minute On the Minute, so you will change exercises each minute. Begin the first minute with 40 Jump Rope Double Unders.
Once you have completed 40 Double Unders you can rest for any remaining time in the minute. Then on minute 2, complete 10 Burpees. Once again, you can rest for any remaining time in the minute.
You will repeat this for 6 rounds, for a total workout of 12 minutes.
