  2. I want to get an hourglass tiny waist so I've been focusng on that but I need to get rid of the ft at the same time so I do one of your tabata workouts each day with three other daisy keech workout! (I repeat one of them)

  4. Holy crap this was so hard and felt so rewarding when I finished it!! I like to think I’m in pretty good cardio shape (running 5 miles or more every day) but these 12 minutes kicked my ass😂
