This is a great workout! I do it for several months and become slimmer and more beautiful. BUT! Why did the ad appear twice in the middle of a workout?! I don't need extra breaks. Very annoying ads in the middle of a workout 😤

Really love this. Trying to get my 48 year old self back in shape. I can only do the first minute all the way through and then each set I do about 30 to 40 seconds and then a 10 second break and then finish it off. Everything in between but the Burpee‘s just yet. I can only do five in the 30 seconds. But I’m improving! Thank ya!
