  2. HASfit is amazing! I do these 3 parts everyday followed by a 20 minute walk and a 20 minute run, after that I feel great! Keep up the great work coach, I'm looking forward to more challenges 😀

  3. To be honest when i feel like working out i go straight to Hasfit channel and then start working out. 10 min exercise and im sweaty mess and i also really like the music it's motivating as well as the feedback!!

  4. This is my most feared HASfit workout (I dread the plank touches, and also the leg and arm raises), but it has quickly become my favourite one, too. Why? It's my most intense workout but, most importantly of all, the time flies when I do it.

  5. wow coach …last time i was able to do it with only 5 pounds …but now i did with 10 pounds…it was waaaaaay difficult and i had to go slow ..but the feeling is amaaazing ..THANX COACH !

  6. Hi,
    I am following your 30day work out programme. On each day a specific work out has been allocated. Some of the work outs are only 10 mins such as lose belly fat part 1 & 2 is this all I do for the day or do I do other workouts in conjunction which is not in programme or do I repeat allocated workout more than once.
    Sorry sounds like a silly question. I’m so new at this.
