  1. I completed this 10 min workout 3 times for a 30 min cardio burn. Those 60 second jumps were tough and the 15 sec rest flew by. I was so grateful (and my calves were, too) for the minute rest in between each round. Great workout! The last jump was too hard for me (not coordinated enough😜) so I just did one foot for 30 then the other for 30. I have really enjoyed adding these jump workouts on strength days for some killer cardio. Thank you!

  2. I love this workout so much. I thought I needed 40 second on and then a break but this is just the right amount of endurance for me. I'll start doing 3 sets instead of 2 after 5 days. Thanks. Also wanted to say you look like a beautiful human synth

  3. I love this workout video 😍 Perfect music, perfect jumping time, perfect resting time, and timer, everythinh is perfect. I skip 400 times every round, so I play the video twice ti skip 1600 times. Thanks for this awesome video!

I am finished. done. wiped out. thank you for these they are so versatile! also winter I love your 40 minute workouts we would love some more of those and the short rest interval workouts please please please!   5. I'm gonna start this on 1st September and do it every day if anyone wants to join me. I read somewhere it's good to be accountable for exercise so I will comment every day. I'm an unfit smoker who hadn't exercise in few years but started my lifestyle change on 1st July so I'm doing 5 minutes skipping routine at the moment so will up to 10 minutes skipping in September. I'll struggle with the variations but I'll keep going and hopefully will be able to do the variations in time

  7. Anyone on tips on mastering the variations, I'm struggling so worried I won't get any fitter or weight loss…I couldn't last the full 60 seconds and kept getting stuck in rope frying to do the variations 😥😢😭😭

I was hoping I'd up to 15 minutes skipping in October but I'm struggling to complete this workout because I can't do the variations so I'll be doing this for rest of September and October if anyone wants to join me. I read it's good to be accountable for exercise so I comment everyday. I'll have to watch videos with the different skipping variations to try and master them

I can do the general bounce and today I managed to do the side straddles, not as fast but least I've got the hang of it now…still can't do the side swing cross or boxer step but gonna try find some tutorial and practice or might do this video normal speed and then forward to side swing cross but play at slower speed to try master the variations

Today I feel very disheartening… I'm barely managing to do a minute of this 10 minutes because I can't do the variations..I feel like quitting…I really need lose weight so that is why I went with weight loss workout…I've watched some tutorial but still not getting it 😭😭😭😭😭😭….I'll never reach my goal of 30minutes skipping by June 2023
