10 MINUTE FAT BURNING MORNING ROUTINE | Do this every day | Rowan Row

Get shredded without a gym by doing this routine every morning. It only takes 10 mins of your time.

  1. My biggest issue is my belly, I dont have a big one but im a 34 waist vs my usual 31 and got love handles. Im 46 and it has gotten harder to lose that. I used to do interval traning, 15 minutes to keep my 6 pack but tore all the ligaments in my right knee skiing and ill be in rehab for 1 year. What can I do to lose the belly? I dont eat junk food, go the gym 4 times a week, a lot of strength and PT for my knee 3 times a week.

  2. Have you ever done modified routines for people who have injuries (i.e. fat burning for people with knee issues)? Or have you done workout videos with voiceovers talking about appropriate technique (i.e. if you feel pain in X area adjust your position to Y).
