My biggest issue is my belly, I dont have a big one but im a 34 waist vs my usual 31 and got love handles. Im 46 and it has gotten harder to lose that. I used to do interval traning, 15 minutes to keep my 6 pack but tore all the ligaments in my right knee skiing and ill be in rehab for 1 year. What can I do to lose the belly? I dont eat junk food, go the gym 4 times a week, a lot of strength and PT for my knee 3 times a week.
