Hi, Guys today we have a fast little Weight Loss Workout where the only piece of equipment you will need is a jump rope. We are doing 3 x different Jump Rope Skills Boxer Step, Forward Straddle, and Side Straddle. Each exercise will be performed for 30 sec of work and 15-sec rest. At the end of each round you get a 60-sec rest to stretch, catch your breath and grab a drink of water.

  1. How many days a week on average do you recommend repeating this workout, and when are results expected? What would be a good long term goal resulting from this workout? As well was wondering if this workout can be done outdoors in cold winter weather, do you have any experience with this?
