Jumping rope is an ideal exercise to work your muscles and open up your lungs, improve coordination, strengthen bone density, not to mention a cool way to improve your speed and agility and a great way to weight loss. When you think back to your childhood, it may even also feel like a fun little game.
But don’t think for a minute that this is going to be child’s play, we will get tired 😊
This series also includes timed exercises that promote leg training. The different variations on rope jumping are accompanied by squats, lunges, jumping jacks, with the addition of lower back, abs, and obliques workouts. Actually, this whole set is little more than taking a full-body workout and transforming it into a cardio exercise.
Our pulse will go up, our heart will pump more blood more fiercely and our lungs will need to work overtime. Our circulatory systems will have a field day with maximum exercise in a minimum amount of time. A caution before we’re off: make sure you don’t have any serious knee or heel problems for this. If you are out of breath or feel fatigued, you may take a few moments off to pause then carry on.
This routine will need to get used to, so after a few of these, leave a comment with your feedback. Have a great exercise!
