Workout:

30 sec – jump rope regular bounce – 1/4 lb rope
30 sec – jumping jacks
30 sec – jump rope boxer skip 1/2 lb rope
30 sec – squats
30 sec – jump rope run in place 1/4 lb rope
30 sec – butt kickers
30 sec – jump rope run in place 1/2 lb rope
30 sec – push-ups
30 sec – jump rope mummy kicks 1/4 lb rope
30 sec – high knees
30 sec – jump rope fast skip 1/2 lb rope
30 sec – plank
30 sec – jump rope boxer skip 1/4 lb rope
30 sec – jump squats
30 sec – jump rope run in place 1/2 lb rope

*rest 10 seconds between each exercise

  1. Have done 3000 jumps per session for a week now, completed today in under 1800 seconds. All this on two artificial knees, bilateral replacement in September 2014. JRD has motivated me to get back my life; for me, daily workouts and eating sensibly go together.

    Since the pandemic started, I always at home, i stopped playing basketball, after the lockdown stops, after 3 days of my vaccine, I went to basketball court to play basketball, we play 5v5 , score 21 points will be the winner.
    After playing, I feel like, i cant breath, so i started mouth breating while playing basketball, but after a mins, my mouth got dry, i did not bring water, i stopped playing, but i cant still breath while sitting, and Standing, so i puked, so that i can breath.
    After that, i now forgot how to breath while playing basketball, im scared to play, i got gassed up so fast, is there a chance my breathing came back?😭
