इस वीडियो में हम सात्विक रोटी बनाने का तरीका सीखेंगे | सात्विक रोटी में हम 50% आटा और 50% सब्ज़ी डालते है, जैसे की चुकुंदर, पालक, गाजर, मेथी, घीया या फिर कोई भी मौसम की सब्ज़ी | आटे में सब्ज़ी मिलाने से रोटी को पचाना आसान हो जाता है | अगर साधारण रोटी को पचने में लगते है 18 घंटे, तो सात्विक रोटी को लगेंगे सिर्फ 9 घंटे |

इसके इलावा, सात्विक रोटी को हमेशा मिट्टी के तवे पर बनाते है | मिट्टी के बर्तनो पर बनाया हुआ खाना धीरे-घीरे पकता है और उसके पोषक तत्व ख़तम नहीं होते | सात्विक रोटी बनाने के लिए हम हमेशा शोकर सहित आटा इस्तेमाल करते है | बिना चोकर के आटा खाना ऐसा है जैसे हमने आम फेक दिया और उसकी घुटली खाली |
